The Adelaide Inner City Apartments comprises three storeys of residential apartments, a ground-level mixed retail space, and a basement car park. The design had to address several planning considerations, including restrictions on overlooking the adjacent school, the building’s integration with the surrounding architectural context, and the inclusion of retail facilities on the ground floor. Additionally, rear vehicle access was incorporated to minimise traffic impact on the neighbouring streets. The building will feature 12 apartments, each with private balconies. The apartments are designed with 2 to 3 bedrooms, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as private laundry facilities.
